“It's too expensive！”

“The room was very clean except for the one rug in the living area. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. There is no parking and ability to load or unload a car is limited. Location is excellent and the suite is well equipped. It is very nice that there are extra supplies available on the main floor. The staff was quick to respond to any questions. I did call ahead to ask that our room be close to other family members and was told that would happen but when we checked in we were assigned……

“We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. Even during night hours, there should be staff available to assist guests. We called multiple times with no answer and walked around trying to find an employee, but no one was present. After waiting a long time without any help, we were forced to leave and book another hotel. This was very disappointing and not the level of service you would……

“i will say hotel staff was very effective in communicating. BUT if you are pretty particular about your hotel stays being clean (like me) this is absolutely not the place. love the decor ”
