“After looking at hotels for our trip I decided to check out VRBO and found this great property instead. For basically the same amount of money we instead rented this 4 bedroom house. It was very clean and spacious and had a great roof top patio with a view of the city. The house was in a great location with a short drive to the stadium. Our host Gladys was very easy to contact and had great communication. I would highly recommend this property!”

“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

“These side by side apartments are stylishly furnished and comfortable. We found them to be quiet as well. Many restaurants are nearby and easily walkable. Public transportation is also readily accessible; we used bus, subway and regional rail. We arrived in Philadelphia via Amtrak and used public transportation to get to and from the apartments. The host was an incredible communicator. We knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. Great experience!”

“This was a great weekend home away from home for us. Great layout, loads of space, and that roof deck and the panoramic city views were the best. Super quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy. Furniture on the roof deck was a bit worn and rickety but we loved sitting up there in the mornings and for sunset and beyond after a day around the city. Found great restaurants nearby. Would stay again!!”

“I had a really pleasant stay here for my brother's graduation from college in the area. Parking was a hit or miss since it is street parking, but for 2 nights, it wasn't bad. The space sleeps 4 comfortably. It was clean, and the property host was very communicative and accommodating!”
