The Space:

A fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with essential cookware. The living room boasts a generous 58" Smart TV with cable for your enjoyment. For convenience, guests have access to a designated one-car parking spot right at the back door. The full bathroom comes stocked with towels and soaps, and the condo is equipped with central AC and heating. Plus, don't miss the spa and heated pool in the courtyard, adding to your relaxation and comfort during your stay. Our prime location property puts you right in the heart of all the action. With Old Town Scottsdale just a short walk away, you'll have easy access to the city's best dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Guest Access:

Early Check-in Requests

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.



AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.



NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in surrounding areas. Any violation of this rule will result in a penalty.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.



Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 74 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 74 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.





Reminders About the Property

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
