the staff was nice and the breakfast was nice but the rooms were pretty gross stains on the bottom side of the couch cushions on the pull out floors were very dirty

Location was good. We weren't greeted appropriately. I don't know if employee at check-in was tired or just not too-friendly. We are usually greeted with a smile and they usually comment to have a nice stay and ask if something isn't presentable for us to let them know. He just asked for I.D. and payment card. In return we were given our key and he just went back to his computer.

The hotel itself was new and rooms are spacious for families. We only spent one night. The only downside was the room above us the people or person were up and moving around loudly around midnight until the time we had to get up and we couldn’t sleep. We had to be up at 3:30am unfortunately and tried our best to get some sleep.

No one at check in counter and waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. This was at 5 p.m. Staff member was condescending when I asked where the best place to park was. Staff member placed us in an accessable room which was totally not what we wanted or reserved.
