The neighbor from Tow Brokers is an arrogant person with looking to cause problems to your vrbo he came to house to complain about the way i was drivng my truck and boat trailer and was very disrespectful i hope doesnt do this to everyone renter you guys have. Disappointed at the high cleaning fee and then asked to wash the towels and strip beds to “help them out” I washed most dishes before we used them as there were crumbs in the drawers… stains on the drinking glasses. We used the outside grill once but it was too greasy. The beautiful washing machine smelled terribly of mold. I wouldn’t sit on the bar stools in the kitchen area without putting a towel down as the stains were disgusting. The outside pool lounge chairs need to be updated as they are rusty and not comfortable and the one had no stitching left on the mesh so we didn’t use it. Sad part is there is no pride in ownership but apparently that’s what happens when you rent out your home and the property income takes over. Would we rent this place again? The location was decieiving in the pictures. We had an RV parked right to the back fence overlooking our family as we enjoyed the sunshine, it was a little weird. Also, the property management group scheduled a service repair man to come early in the morning while we were there. It was a huge inconvenience to have to get up and be ready to let in a worker who knew nothing about the problem and wanted us to explain it to him.
