Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly updated, be the first to stay in this classy condo! Located one mile from the Camelback Mountain trailhead, one block from the popular Arizona Canal trail, and within walking distance of great food, this condo is in the perfect location- in the heart of Arcadia! The kitchen is fully stocked, king size bed, pull-out couch, smart TV, and a cozy patio to enjoy your morning coffee. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic as well. W/D in-unit! Bikes are not included in the rental due to liability.

Arcadia Lite

This property is very clean and fresh, very comfortable and well-located for nearby restaurants, shopping and hiking in beautiful Echo Canyon and elsewhere. The owner is exceptionally responsive, very nice to deal with and has been on top of every little detail. It was a pleasure to deal with Emilee.

Fabulous location

We stay in PHX every winter and this was our favorite stay. The location is perfect, close to the bike trails that we used a lot and felt very safe. There are so many really nice restaurants in walking distance. The unit is in the back of the property and is super quiet. The couch is firm and the bed is soft. Our hostess was very responsive to our needs.
