Valerie was very good at communicating with us before and during our stay. The property requires a thorough clean. You need to bring all your own supplies such as papertowel, toilet paper, soaps, garbage bags and condiments. The condo worked very well for us, our son and daughter stayed with us for a few days and there was lots of room. This condo is directly across from the community pool and exercise room. It has two master suites and a third bedroom next to the main master. The master suites are at opposite ends of the condo, so are very private. The kitchen is well supplied and the garage is a bonus. This is a main level condo with a second condo above. You do get some noise coming through the ceiling, but it wasn't a problem. The gas grill on the patio works well and all kitchen appliances are in good condition. Both the air conditioner and furnace worked well. The condo is in a private gated community with a park next door and walking distance to a grocery store and a Kohl's. There is also a good local restaurant between the grocery store and Kohl's - great for breakfast or lunch. You're also within walking distance of a Dairy Queen, Arby's and Applebee's.
