This second floor unit has been recently remodeled top to bottom and is clean and comfortable. The bedroom has a queen bed with new dressers and plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet. It also has a flat screen TV with cable channels and direct access to the private outdoor balcony. The living room feels very open, with it's vaulted ceiling and view of the balcony through the sliding glass door. The couch will also double as a queen sized pull out for additional overnight guests. The living room has a proportionately sized flat screen TV which is also easily viewed from the 5 seat high top breakfast room / dining area with matching buffet and wine rack. And finally, the laundry room, with full sized washer and dryer, and bathroom are both located between the bed and living rooms for easily shared guest access.
