AMAZING Extra Large, corner unit (ie fewer neighbors) located next to the peaceful sound of the waterfall! Bubbling over with character! Soaring vaulted ceilings both in living room and master suite. Serene SW Pueblo decor throughout. Even an 8' Pueblo ladder in the living room.

The living room offers soft leather sofas and seating for your utmost comfort. The oversized master bedroom suite boasts rare Palm Frond woven art originals, a comfy reading chair, KING bed, high quality bed sheets and plenty of dresser space. It is separated from the other two bedrooms by several rooms and a hallway...very private. Master bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony and soothing water views.

The oversized balcony comfortable seats you plus your guests! There are seats for conversing and a chaise lounge for snoozing, as well as a bistro table for sipping champagne. Enjoy the morning sunlight, the afternoon shade, and the twinkling lights of the waterfall at night.

This is a 3rd floor condo with stairs directly in front of unit PLUS an elevator about 120 feet from our front door. The elevator key is available upon entry into the condo, it is on the large set of keys.

The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis and pickle ball courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. And a brand new hot tub was completed in last March!

Enjoy morning or evening strolls around the private lake (paved 1 mile trail) where you will encounter ducks, geese, swans, turtles, fish, herons, and egrets! The walk includes fishing docks, benches, a babbling brook, rock fountain, awesome bridge, and the waterfall which is located in front of our balcony!

A great vacation that is minutes from all of the metro area's greatest attractions. Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best in the US), Garciaš authentic Mexican, Red Robin, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Dickey's BBQ, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, Hooters, Old Country Buffet, MOD pizza, Fajitas, Sweet Tomatoes, plus many more. Both Starbucks and Barnes / Nobles is a quick walk away! Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. Close to all the fantastic sporting events and Spring Training. And best of all.. .only 18 minutes to/from the airport (non-rush hour).
