This beautiful home is located in Sun City West, a retirement community in Surprise, Arizona. Known as the "partyhouse" by the owners because to its great layout for entertaining friends and family. The spacious covered patio is perfect for grilling and relaxing after a great day of golfing. Furnished as a outdoor living room space with beautiful mature fruit and olive trees that provide privacy. Outdoor dining becomes a reality because its illuminated with string lights for night time lounging . The Scandinavian style furnishing leads to cozy but thoughtfully styled home with a touch of natural elements like granite countertops. This minimalist approach to the home make you feel right at home. The split floor plans allows for larger families to have privacy on their side of the home with a centrally located kitchen and common area for all. This well stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and bar area for spirits. The pass through service counter connects the kitchen with the patio area and the French doors frame entrance leading to a spacious outdoor living experience. The recreation centers offers a variety of attractions such as indoor and outdoor pools, state of the art fitness centers, indoor and outdoor walking track, golfers choice of courses, ballrooms, dance studios, hobby and craft rooms, computer labs, Stardust theater, concert hall and library, bowling alley and much more.
