“This was almost a 5 star review - only 1 issue let it down. First the positives: Great location close to the beach and beautiful views from the pool area ( Pool area service very helpful and attentive). Breakfast was excellent - huge choice to cater for everyone and friendly chef preparing omelettes etc to order. Stayed here about 2 years previously - but since then chef and evening menu at the Kamal (casual restaurant) has been completely transformed - food is now exceptionally good. Room had……

“I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. The breakfast and dinner……

“Very much enjoyed the two fine dining options and poolside terrace for luchtime food and drinks. Room on 3rd floor at the back with terrace but slightly disappointed as the garden onto which the terrace looks was not maintained to a good standard compared with other areas. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay which is the second time we have visited this hotel.”
