“Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia?
I feel that a complimentary re-invite would be fitting for all the frustration that we went through. I work in hotels and……

“The location is great. Close to Sandbanks. Lovely pool and cottage. Staff all helpful and friendly. A couple of cartons of milk at the tuck shop would be excellent. Canteen at the pool was a very nice addition. We didnt even get a chance to try all the available activities. We will need to stay longer next time.”
