"We really enjoyed our stay at the Loyalist Bird House. The apartment was warm and cozy, and we felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was amazing, with everything you could want to prepare a meal. We liked the thoughtful touches, like the mints, snacks, bottles of water and the K-cup choices. Location was great for us, outside of town for peace and quiet but close enough to see all that the County has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Had a great visit to PEC with family to experience the total solar eclipse. Perfect location for viewing - we were able to see everything from the front lawn! Very close to Sandbanks so we also enjoyed beach walks. David was super responsive at all times. The home is beautiful and really well equipped ... probably the biggest variety and quantity of kitchen utensils, appliances, and dishes we have ever encountered in a VRBO. Appreciated food wraps, apron, ample dish detergent, etc. And nice to have designated pillows for patio (gas firepit was lovely) and so many great books and games!"
