Gene at the front desk was great. Very personable and helpful. The other front desk people were okay, but not as good as Gene. The ladies could learn from him.
The only complaint I have is there was no coffee in the room; 24/7 coffee in the lobby, but couldn't make coffee in my pjs.

I had a great stay at this hotel everything was fine except the cleanliness, the toilet was dirty and it had splashes of poop, it was definitely not clean and the ice tray was dirty the coffee maker was also dirty but other than that everything else was great, the comfort was awesome and the location too. No stinky smell and shower was good and hot water too. I do recommend this hotel just the cleanliness needs to be updated.

The Holiday Inn Express in Williamsport was an excellent choice as a last minute booking. I had only a short time to book a room for a last minute business meeting and I hit the jackpot with this one! I stayed in a room that was very close to the elevator so I was a bit leery about the noise level. Staff was very friendly, helpful, this was our second stay here but definitely not our last, Lycoming Mall was nice to walk through especially with the carousel and then it was close enough for us to visit Knoevels amusement park also.

I was very happy to have a room with a kitchenette. I travel for work and stay in many different hotels and it would be great to have more hotels with kitchenettes. Service was great, someone actually washed the dishes one day during my 8 day stay. I was surprised there was also a dishwasher and garbage disposal. I would definitely stay again. Only problem I had was the WiFi.

Don't be an idiot and stay in a cookie cutter hotel when in Williamsport. This is the coolest place to stay. You will feel like you are in the 19th century. Brooke is your Maitre de Hotel and makes you feel right at home.

Everyone was very nice, room was cleaned way before check-in time and we were able to check-in early. At the entrance to our room housekeeping asked if we needed any at all, and happily provided us with extra towels and cloths. Front desk gave copies of directions to places we were going and the Hot Breakfast met all our requests!!! Will come back again soon.

I had someone in the Williamsport Hospital this motel was very nearby. I appreciated the very reasonably priced room. I wasn't on vacation I simply needed a place to stay for a few days. The microwave and refrigerator also saved me money on eating out. I could stop at the nearby grocery store and get simple things to make in my room. The innkeepers were kind and considerate.
