Paint all over carpet. Tried to charge an extra $22 for cleaning fee. I refused to pay it and he waived it. Shower head leaked. Sink faucet sprayed all over counter.

Pros: conveniently located. Cons: room not cleanest. Had to buy cleaner and clean bathroom and fridge personally. We had 4 people and they ALWAYS only gave us a maximum of 3 towels, and SOMETIMES 3 washclothes, but usually only 2 washcloths. Lazy river and indoor pool were high selling points and they were FREEZING and bottom of lazy river very jagged and uneven. Extremely outdated pictures ss rooms were NOT as advertised.

DO NOT DO IT!!! My goodness! This place was an absolute dump! After spending 12 hours at Dollywood, we decided not to drive home & instead stay in Pigeon Forge. I knew my options were limited, as most hotels were sold out. But, we chose this one…MISTAKE. First, they make you pay a cleaning fee at the hotel in cash. Cleaning fee?!? The last customer’s shampoo & toiletries were still in the bath tub! The sink was stopped up & the water wouldn’t go down! The shower head was duct-taped to the wall! The floors were disgusting. There is a hole in the ceiling where the exhaust fan USED to be & the bathroom light didn’t work. There were no lamps in the rooms & the electrical sockets didn’t have covers on them. I travel A LOT, & I can say without reservation, this was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in…or attempted to stay in. We left. We were there all of an hour & left.

Property definitely needs an upgrade everywhere. The price is cheap, so if you need a place just to lay your head down to sleep, the price is right. We pretty much stay out all day and just come to the room, to shower and sleep. Staff never said hello and this morning there was a random car behind my truck. Plenty of parking was available, I want to say it was an employee’s car. When I came back down the second time to put stuff in the truck the car was gone.

We checked in at front desk and staff was friendly got to room floor and carpets where dirty then walked into room and carpet was old and dirty and very outdated . Hair drier didn’t work in room phone didn’t work in room but air conditioning worked great beds where comfortable pools where clean over all for a one night stay wasn’t bad and they had notices up saying they where remodeling the place and water pressure was great

I understand that this hotel is currently under some remodeling; however, this place to me is one of the worse I have stayed in (especially for the money I was charged). Bathroom ceiling had mold and dirt, the bathtub has a crack, the linens and towels didn’t feel or smelled like they were properly washed. The refrigerator was leaking water, the balcony is very unsafe for children due to small bars spaced too wide in between. The pool floor is very slippery and there was a lot of paint peel around the floor and inside the pool. The hot tub wasn’t working, there weren’t good tables to set our things and no towels available at the pool. Lots of people staying were smoking on parking lot and balconies, so the smell was nasty. The staff was fantastic and I felt bad for them having to work in such a poorly managed place. I also selected a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, but there we no sofa in our room and nothing to be done.

This hotel was horrible. The whole 5 levels are under construction. Rooms are very minimal, bed fridge, microwave, broken phone, lighting is awful, no air conditioning, rooms were dirty. They had no blankets in the rooms or at the desks. No breakfast even though they advertise there is.

Hotel is older and in the middle of a remodel. The room was clean though and the air conditioning worked well. The indoor pool and lazy river were working. Staff was polite and helpful. I was hit with an additional $33 cleaning fee when I checked in, after prepaying with Expedia. Oddly I wasn't offered a receipt for that charge, but it was late and I just wanted to get to the room.

The drawers had something in them so we couldn’t use them. The carpet was stained and dirty had to wear shoes. The bathroom floor was not swept nevermind mopped. Suspicious ppl sitting in car in front of our room for hours. Very unpleasant experience.

Great location! However, remodeling was taking place. Rented 2 rooms hoping to be side by side. At first this was the case except 1 room had problems with A/C not working properly and a horrible smell. Asked to relocate to another room and staff was helpful, but ended up on the opposite side of the building. Indoor pool was ok, but cold, lazy river was warmer and better. No hot tub. Would have paid a little more for a neighboring hotel.
