The property is quite old and in the process of renovation. The staff is amazing. The lobby needs some updates but it was very clean, as was the rest of the property. Our room was not yet renovated but it was spotless and everything worked, the TV was a little sketchy. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. Overall it was a nice stay for the price.

This place is great staff was very helpful it was clean great complimentary breakfast lots of parking indoor pool hot tub lazy river plus outside pool myself and kids loved it . Great view . I recommend this place .

The pictures do not reflect the conditions the hotel is in . Pictures of pool and lazy river looked nice but it was not as it was so small and you had to walk down three flights of stairs as elevator was out . Room not clean . Dust hanging from ceiling, carpet was dirty with huge dark stains . The only thing positive was the friendly staff .

Room was clean, mattress was very old and needs replaced, we could feel the springs, out of all 6 floors there was only 1 elevator working and part of the week it was taking 30 minutes just to get on an elevator. Staff was wonderful, balcony ws really nice.

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. There was only 1 elevator that was working out of 3 . The outside pool area was dirty and very few places to sit. Breakfast was OK but they ran out of food and people were getting upset. The room was clean but bathroom was very small and tight. Overall we were pleased with our stay

The first room we received the A/C didn't work and there was a smell in the room. The furniture was worn and chipped. The second room was much better, it was an upgraded room. The room was what we expected for the price. The buffet breakfast in the morning is really good and the staff is excellent, changed our room right away when they found the A/C didn't work and even gave us an upgraded room from Queen bed to King bed.

Property was really in need of repairs. Beds were terrible. Looks as if there are people who are living there full time. Not a very safe environment for families. The police were there every day and night for our 5 night stay. I really don't know how this hotel keeps a 6 rating.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming in the mornings. However, the rooms could definitely use some updates, and some of the cleaners were a bit rude. The pools also needed significant improvements. For three days, the glass at the outdoor pool was broken and left unkempt. The indoor pools were decent and functional, but they also needed some updates. Overall, the hotel was usable.

I’ll be honest—Park Tower Inn needs some work. The hotel is definitely showing its age, and while I understand they are currently making updates, there is still a lot that needs to be done. The customer service could also be much friendlier. We had to ask for washcloths, which should have already been provided. The biggest issue for me was finding a sandwich that had been left in the refrigerator with mold on it. That is simply unacceptable and raises concerns about cleanliness. The shower water pressure was also very poor. I will give them credit for working on updates, and hopefully the improvements will make a big difference. But based on our experience, I would not say this was one of the better hotel stays we’ve had in Pigeon Forge. There’s definitely room for improvement—not just with the rooms, but with cleanliness and customer service as well.

The room was dated, but nice. They are very transparent they are doing remodeling. The indoor pool was cold but nice, the lazy river and hot tub were nice. We had a blast in the pool. The breakfast was nice. They didn't have juice but had milk, tea and coffee. They had lots of good options for breakfast. I felt like everyone could find something to eat for breakfast. Overall, we were impressed and would stay again.

There were no exterior locks on the exit doors. Anyone could walk in, anytime. Didn't feel safe in the pool area especially. Walls are thin, we were kept up by crying kids and barking dogs. There was mold in the bathroom.

Hotel was in a good location and the staff were nice but that’s all. Breakfast was poor, barely having any options. Elevator was broke down the entire stay, and we had to wait roughly 12 hours for new towels. Little things that need improved.
