Room was clean. Quiet, a little smaller than usual but our travel friends room was bigger so sizes vary. Extremely economical, restaurants within walking distance by main road close to everything. Stayed 3 nights. Well worth the price.

Room was very clean. It did smell a little musty from humidity inside the room. Bathroom walls need cleaned a little better to. But overall a good place to stay for the price would stay here again.

I come to Pigeon Forge several times a year and Guest Inn is the only place I will stay. They have the most amazing staff and they make you feel like you are family.

We had a golf cart on a trailer with us and they let us park the trailer with the golf cart in their lot during our stay. It was very helpful because we could not pull it through the mountains. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
