Overall a great stay.

I stayed at this resort previously when it operated under Turtle Beach and returned because of the great experience I had then. Unfortunately, this visit was one of the worst all-inclusive vacations I've experienced. Most of the staff were unhelpful and had poor attitudes. At breakfast, a friend wanted to join us, but despite the dining area being mostly empty, a staff member refused to let her sit with us and directed her elsewhere. The resort also provided only five small bottles of water in our room. When we ran out around 9:30 p.m., the front desk informed us that no additional water would be provided and suggested refilling the empty bottles at the bar. However, the bar was already closed, leaving us without water until morning. The food was acceptable but lacked variety, and drink service was limited to two drinks per person at a time. It was also disappointing to learn that shrimp dishes at the grill required an additional charge despite being at an all-inclusive resort. Our room was in need of maintenance as the bathtub had a large crack in the middle and felt unstable. Overall, my fiancée and I did not enjoy our stay. Based on the poor service, limited amenities, and room condition, we would not return or recommend this resort.
