“The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles……

“The stay at this hotel was mixed. The wait for our room was pretty long. I'm used to staying at the comfort inn in other parts of the world and the service is always efficient but in this case we waited like 2 plus hours for the room. Then their was a leak from the air conditioning and there was water all over the floor. I asked the front desk for a discount because of the inconvenience I was told no discount. On the flip side the shuttle service to the beach and the airport was efficient. ……

“The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.”
