“Check in was super easy, location is so close to everything. The house was ridiculously well stocked (the best we’ve stayed at!). There is no gym equipment because apparently a previous guest stole it :-( but otherwise everything is exactly as advertised. We weren’t fans of the property management company but Amanda the host was amazing and easy to work with. Would 100% stay here again. ALSO: don’t go to Starbucks. Go to Noley’s and and Muk’s and Smashley’s. Absolute gems. ”

It exceeded all of our expectations for a beautiful and peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of life in North Dallas. The house and scenic views were totally awesome in every way! “Despite the hiccup with check-in it was handled expeditiously. The Lake Montezuma area delivered!! It was such a nice place to stay. I strongly recommend the nearby Peach Tree Cafe. The home was updated and comfortable. I just ignored the spiders, and they ignored me. Overall, great stay.”

“This house was absolutely perfect for our group! The kitchen was great for making meals for our whole group. There was outdoor and indoor seating. The rooms all had different themes which was cute, and there was a lot of room to take friends and family. The adults were able to talk or play games while the kids played outside or played hide and seek, which was their favorite! This house was so wonderful. I have 4 starts for the check-in process because the code we were given didn't work, but,……

“My sisters and I had a lovely girls' trip at this retreat.The house was beautiful and well-maintained. The view from the porch was fantastic. We saw a ton of elk and had a glorious monsoon storm on one of the afternoons. Stefanie responded to our questions immediately and was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.”
