“People in the next room kept us awake. It's way over priced for a run down old hotel. No large towels and the ones they had were old and ruff. Coffee pot was dirty so we couldn't use it. A very depressing room that you don't want to be in for long.”

“This is a beautiful cabin with a deck that invites sunning, reading, and daydreaming. Everything we needed was there and we most appreciated the pet area for our pups. Beds were comfortable and the couch is perfect for napping! Reed, our host, was most helpful with pet questions and suggestions. Overall a perfect location for two couples with 2 pups! We're glad we got to visit Pine and this lovely cabin.”

“This was our 3rd time staying at Elk Crossing and per usual, everything was fantastic! They have everything you might need. The house is always clean and the owners are friendly and kind. We will be back!”

“I fully expect to get trashed for leaving this review as the host attempted to intimidate and threatened me when I told him I was reviewing my stay at this cabin. While this is a cute home, it is not what is advertised and it is not being well maintained. The fireplace never worked correctly and this is you main heat when it's cold (it is a gas fireplace) when the handyman came out to "fix" it, he told me the reason there is no flame is because the glass of the fireplace is filthy on the inside……

“The studio was good for what we needed it for over the weekend. The shower and bathroom were very nice and updated. The bed was ok. The pullout sofa had hair on the sheets. We brought our own, so it ended up fine.There is not much for fridge space, but there are plenty of restaurants to eat at to keep things simple.The host was very nice and quick to respond.”
