"The staff was extremely nice. The hotel is in a beautiful and safe location. Just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Our favorite was the heated pool. However, the pool is small, and water was a bit murky. The hotel overall is clean and looks good, but in the details, there is aging starting to set in. Rust on lighting fixture. Things that are fine now, but management should start addressing now to prevent expensive repairs. The only negative feedback I have as far as cleaning was the floor in our room. You could tell pets were in that room before because we found pet food around the bed floor. However, we enjoyed our quick visit. "

"The main issue with this hotel is the NOISY elevator. I shared a room with my brother and nephew. We did not sleep good at all. We heard the elevator all night. I am not sure if the elevator is just old and wore out or if the cables need greasing or what. It is very disruptive. They have two elevators but one didn't work and was out of order. From other reviews - this issue may have been around for a while. As a note - we were in room 502. I am assuming all rooms near this elevator can hear the noise. Room 501 definitely can because it's closer than we were. This would probably include rooms 101, 102 and all other series to the 14th floor. The hotel is very nice and very clean. It is unique and has a very "boutique" feeling. I would have rated all 5's if not for the elevator noise. "

"Very disappointed with our stay. The receptionist was on a phone call while checking us in, and we had to wait for him to finish. This felt unprofessional and not respectful of customers’ time. We booked a King Suite, expecting a comfortable and clean stay after a long road trip, but the room had multiple issues. We found bugs in the room (we caught 8 of them) and noticed stains on the couch, towels, and even the wall. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially for guests staying even just one night. After such a long drive, we were hoping to rest and relax, but this experience felt more like a punishment than a break. Management should focus more on staff training and maintaining proper cleanliness standards to ensure guests feel comfortable and respected."
