This place is magical! Owners proudly look after it putting their hearts into it. Staff is so warm, dedicated and helpful, especially Elizabeth, Leandra, Dianne, Shontea and many others. The most lavish free breakfast and delicious food available for lunch and dinner, transport available to take you anywhere you like.. overall could not recommend this natural paradise more❤️

Beautiful resort with so much to offer! Staff is amazing. So friendly and interactive! It's obvious that customer service is top priority for this place. Very close to the airport. A little further for the excursions, but not bad. Love that there are separate areas for families/kids and adults. Lots of pool options and the private beach (Paradise beach) is a short walk from the main part of the property and beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend.

The hotel overall was ok. Me and my husband spent our anniversary here. When we got to our room, the tub was dirty as if somebody had just left. The shower room had hair in it, as well as hair on the toilet. The cushions on the couch were also dirty. The room service was good. We did room service late night and it came in a decent amount of time. The staff were really nice. I was kind of worried from previous reviews saying that they were rude but we did not experience that at all. From housekeeping, dining, and around the resort everyone was friendly.

Recently I visited the volcanic island of Saint Lucia and it was truly as wonderful to look at as the people who live there. There is so much to do and see that a week just wasn't enough time. On this excursion I went on a catamaran to The Piton. There is Grand Piton and Petit Piton. Both are 'hikable' but only 1 of the 2 is considered safe to do so. It's about a 3 hr hike to the top for experienced hikers so plan for a full day here. I recommend making it near the end of your trip vs the start or you will spend your vacation very very sore :) At the top you will be greeted with incredible views of the island so bring a camera.
