"The property is great, the staff was so helpful, suggested a gorgeous run along the water that I got to take advantage of! Love Ouray, and this place is a gem."

"I had an overall okay experience. The hotel was very clean, which I appreciated. The property is a converted office building, although it markets itself as a boutique hotel, and the rooms reflect that. My room didn’t have exterior windows, only windows facing the hallway, which impacted privacy. The rooms are somewhat dated, the property quite loud, despite being adult-only and guests being mindful about making any noise in the hallway, and the bathroom lacked a door. I would definitely invest time reviewing the layout of the guest floor, as I think the location of the room you book may impact the experience you have staying here. At nearly $150 per night during the off season, it didn’t feel like the level of hotel I would expect at that price point. It worked fine as a one-night stop while traveling through, but if you’re looking for a more traditional Ouray experience, this may not be the best fit."

"The room we had didn’t have a kitchen so I can’t comment on that, but the room was very clean and spacious! The hot tub had some issues but staff was very helpful to help us get it figured out! We brought it up to the front desk at check out, they were very friendly about it and thanked us for telling them! "

"We just stayed for one overnight, but the hotel was in a very walkable, cozy part of town. Room was clean and sufficient for an overnight. Breakfast in the morning was very basic; coffee, juices, big cinnamon rolls. Do not hesitate to book a room."

"Everything was wrong, I guess bad month. I was told by the staff, don’t loose your key because we leave by 9:00 and you won’t be able to get into your room because nobody will be there. The town itself was closed down."
