The outside area is newly landscaped with two brand new hot tubs, which were amazing. The pool was closed for cleaning. They have a shuttle that is supposed to run every 10 minutes, but we waited for 30 one time before giving up on it and walking to the hotel -only about a 10 minute walk from Olympic village. Olympic village is adorable and Palisades ski resort was awesome. Had a weird interaction at checkout when I was told I had to give a 10 star review with the strong push that anything less would lead to them getting into trouble. No name on our lobby stored skis so I would put my own post it on them if I were you. I left my thick sweater hanging on a hook in the room, which was totally my fault, but the maid didn’t put it in the Lost and Found so I wasn’t able to claim it when I returned for it later."
