“We really enjoyed our stay at lazy days. The place inside was beautifully decorated and very comfortable it felt like home. The owners were very nice and responsive. We thought perhaps the outside could do with some cleaning and improved upon slightly. A keypad on the back door would be nice so we don’t have to walk through the house coming from the beach. We will definitely be coming back. It was a very nice stay. Thank you for all the details. ”

“Fantastic property in Cape Coral. We unfortunately battled Tropical Storm Betty but still managed to squeeze in a lot of hot tub & pool time. Close to Fort Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island, our other favs. Would definitely come back! ”

“Everything was wonderful. Check-in was easy and Gwen was very helpful. The house is roomy and delightful. There were 10 in our party ranging from 3yrs to 76yrs. We had plenty of room and privacy. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The beach was close. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.”

“The property is great. The view stunning. I would stay again. The lani screen needs repair and the fan doesn’t work which is a bug issue. If I stayed again I would ask that this be addressed. But it didn’t effect the overall stay!”

“My family absolutely loved this house. It was in a great location, well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and the beach. We’ll definitely be back. ”

“I LOVED this house. It was so beautiful inside & out. The convenience of having a pool as soon as you open your door was great for the children! It was in a great location! My only recommendation is maybe some more lighting to help the pathway from the driveway to the door but I have absolutely no complaints. Will most definitely stay here next time I’m in North Port!!”

“The house was clean, the pool was clean, and perfect temperature, guessing around 83 when we arrived. The last few days were very sunny and hot days, and the pool temperature got up to maybe 88 during the day; around 85 in the morning.Everything was as advertised. The half bath by the pool is air conditioned, which was very nice. Rick and Dawn responded quickly to all messages. “Everything from initial interaction to check out was amazing. Great house. Plenty of room. The view is amazing. The beach was quiet and super close to the house. I can’t say enough honestly. Worth the stay for sure. We also found plenty of shark teeth!!!!! My kids had a blast. ”
