Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. "We had a lovely stay at Hotel JS Palma. The location is great - super close to the airport, beach, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. I particularly loved the pools and the spa! My only minor criticism was the minimal non-meat/non-diary food options. There were a few, which were nice, but for a hotel of that size and within such a touristy area, I would have liked to see a bit more accommodation for those with dietary restrictions. That said, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return."

The pools were all excellent (rooftop jacuzzi a real treat), the landscaping and grounds were beautifully maintained, breakfast was delicious and varied but it was the staff that were the highlight of our stay - everyone was so friendly and more than happy to help! Parking can be a bit challenging if you are unable to get a spot in the hotel's parking area, and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. The pool area was very nice and a great place to relax. Bar service at the pool was average, and there was no background music, which made the atmosphere feel a bit quiet at times. The hotel itself is older and somewhat dated in certain areas, but it has a classic charm that fits the property well. While some updates could be beneficial, the exceptional service more than made up for it."
