"The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord ..."

"La chambre était parfaite avec une très jolie vue ! Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine extérieur vu le temps mais le tout est très bien entretenu. Les seuls petits bémols seraient peut être : - l’utilisation du sauna qui n’est pas en libre service avant 16h il faut prévenir si on veut l’utiliser ..."

"Incredible place. Views were amazing. Trails to hike were great both the coastal one towards Soller and the trail into Deia. Restaurant down below was fantastic. Spent a lot of time at the place either inside, on the deck or down by the pool just soaking in the views. Absolutely would recommend. ..."

"Parkplätze in der Nähe, aber man musste Glück haben, sonst musste man weit laufen. Sehr hellhörig, Betten okay, Lage ganz gut. Es wurde von Zimmernachbarn bis in die Nacht gefeiert (3-4 Uhr), obwohl ab 22 Uhr „Bettruhe“ ist. Zwei Nächte nicht geschlafen."
