Friendly /Helpful staff, rooms were attended daily without requesting. Bar & food on site. Great air conditioning & WiFi . Beach access on site . 3 min walk to coco bongo area.

Beach was great.
The grounds are very nice.
Food at buffets was horrible. Even got sick from it.
Staff will treat you depending on the color of band you're wearing.
Room was terrible.
The concierge is hardly helpful. Promised us things and he didn't deliver. Said we were getting a welcome breakfast as a gift, but I'm reality it's a hook to try to sell you a membership/timeshare type deal.
