"What a wonderful resort. The beds were comfortable the air conditioning appreciated and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Also, when you stay at an all inclusive resort it can tend to have mediocre food. That was not the case with this property. Our lunches and dinners were fantastic and it just added to our trip being delicious and relaxing!"

"The listing title says it all - and they are right!! Best view of Samara hands down. What an amazing and fun stay we had. Listing is pretty much 100% spot on for what we got when we arrived. Easy walk down to the beach and town. Loved having the boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. If you do come to stay also check out Playa Carillo which is only a 5-10 minute drive past here. GORGEOUS beach with nothing on it but palm trees. We would absolutely stay here again. Also kudos to the security staff working there - very friendly and helpful. "

"Casa Pacifica was the destination for a family gathering for members from Florida, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, ages 2 and a half to 74. Hours were spent to gether enjoying the beautiful pool and backyard area. It gave us the opportunity to watch our grandson experience jumping and splashing with his uncles, who enjoyed helping him learn how to "go under". Then there was the wildlife! Iguanas, lizards, howling monkeys, butterflies, and birds! All provided us hours of nature watching! The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and I was able to get photos of the most beautiful sunset!The 2 houses provided plenty of space for the 10 of us. We played some of the games, our grandson was thrilled with the toys, and we read from some of the children's books every night. The kitchen and dining room were large enough to accommodate all of us, and we enjoyed a family cooking night, using the grill.When we didnt want to cook, the town of Samara was a short distance away for dinners on the beach, and multiple visits to Roots Bakery! And right next door was the Hideaway Hotel, easy to drop in for a meal. We greatly appreciated the maid service several times throughout the week. It truly helped with the "being on vacation" feeling!! We also took advantage of nearby excursions. The dolphin/ whale watch picked us up at the Hideaway and we boarded at the nearby beach. Thank you Paul, for providing us a beautiful place to create long-lasting family memories!!"

"This is a beautiful location and gorgeous home. Alex and Jenny as in home cooks and vacation friends are an amazing addition. 10 members of our family enjoyed this stay and the fabulous meals they prepared. The presentation....table cloth, cloth napkins was so lovely. The view is incredible and the kids (and adults) had so much fun in the pool. Alex was very helpful getting us booked with an inshore fishing trip and surf lessons. His recommendations helped make this part of our trip memorable. Great location close to two beautiful beaches Playa Carrillo and Samara. We saw whales, monkeys and birds from the balcony. Definitely a piece of paradise. Laura is easy to communicate with while you are working on the booking process and beyond!! We had a great experience there and honestly, we didn't want to leave."

"We can't say enough good things about Casa de la Loma. The pictures truly don't do it justice. The view is stunning and we found ourselves enjoying most of our meals outside. Ana and Freddy do an excellent job preparing meals and keeping the grounds clean. The beef tenderloin with the green peppercorn sauce was delicious, and was one of our favorite meals. Freddy makes the best mashed potatoes! Ana prepared most of our meals, cooking a variety of cuisines, including Costa Rician fried rice and fries plantains. She knew who to recommend for activities and had all our excursions within minutes. Hands down, this was our favorite vacation, and we're wanting to go back already! "
