“The property is less than one year old, so all the modern amenities, plus new. The kitchen was equipped well enough and there is also a large grill outside. The pool is in a central courtyard, surrounded by a privacy wall. The owner was visiting during my stay and was very welcoming. The property is located on the edge of town, so a car, taxi, or Uber is the best way to get to central PV. But there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance. “We reserved a room for 4 and it only had 1 bed, the sofa bed was broken. The elevator was leaking. It seems that they have new management and new employees so a few repairs going on. The staff was nice though. Street parking only.”

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”
