"We didn't use the pool. It was very dirty, but I was told it would be cleaned on Sunday (I was home all day working), I didn't see anyone come to clean, I notified the management staff, they said someone accessed the gate... maybe they did, but the pool looked exactly the same with the same amount of dirt and leaves in the bottom, and the water level was so low that the skimmer/filter couldn't filter the surface debris. "Went to Nashville for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had a great stay at Eric’s place and would highly recommend. He was very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need. "

"Great little spot to stay! A bit further of a walk to Broadway than anticipated but we had a blast using scooters to get around easily! Local food places were great. Only minor complaint (and a petty one at that) there was a Mr coffee machine but no coffee pot and a Nespresso machine instead of a keurig but no pods for it. Very cute and clean place! "

"The rental pictures make it seem like there are 4 full beds in the one room. There is only a twin bunk. It also says the other beds are queens which they are fulls. It was a really nice place but I’m glad we only had 8 people because we wouldn’t have been able to fit 10"

"The room was perfect for our 5 day stay. Comfortable, clean and so convenient to Broadway! We had a corner room with great light and an amazing view of the city! Staff at the front desk, valet, and bar were very friendly and professional. The man offering shoe shines in the lobby was a gem! Although we did not require his services he was so pleasant and friendly every time we came and went. Would stay here again! "
