“very clean room and clean environment. Breakfast was just fine.1”

“Stay very clear of this property! Went in the room and it was full of live flying bugs and many dead bugs on the floor. The room reeked like smoke and mold and the door was visibly rusting. I asked for a refund and the staff originally said no refund but mail he physically went to the room and observed the bugs himself. He apologized and gave me a full refund.”

“The staff were all amazing during our entire stay. There appeared to be a love bug infestation and they cleaned around it in the lobby area and there were quite a few in our room. The elevator was out of service as well. The carpet in the hotel needs to be removed, as it gives a strong mildew odor.”

“I read that two weeks before my reservation that their elevator was in operable. I got there, and still there were signs on the door that the elevator was not working. They were professional enough to remove the charge, as I wasn’t climbing stairs.”
