“This is a very easy reasonably priced place to stay. It is clean and where we were, it was quiet. We were in Yuba City to help my elderly parents for 3 nights and were thrilled with the ease and comfort. The beds are clean and comfortable. While there some minor signs of wear in spots, there are some updated extras like reading lights and easy to use air conditioner/heater - important in Yuba! The fridge is a decent size, with a microwave and 1 cup at a time coffee machine. We didn't get to the……

“The sound insulation between the rooms is not very good. Last night I enjoyed the snoring of the neighboring room all night, I didn't sleep well last night”

“The room was clean and the A/C was quiet and kept the room cool. Overall I had a good stay. The elevator was slow and had a smell like oil or something. Other than that everything was nice and a friendly staff.”

“There were no roaches or bedbugs in my room, but they don't have the pool available for use.”

“Pleasantly surprised, 1st time guest, at how clean everything was, updated and all staff helpful. Bars in casino slower than expected and the couch seats is self-serve and prior guest glasses not removed…..but overall would definitely stay again….super convenient if staying for a concert at the Venue.”

“Cute little bungalow that's just the right amount of space for either one or two. It's clean with a kitchen (although we have yet to use it since we are there to visit local relatives). Parking is off the street in a driveway.”
