The room looked impressive when I walked in but increased in disappointment as the stay went on. From weird stains on the furniture, walls, and curtains to tables not being wiped off to the tub dripping through the night, the room was suspiciously uncomfortable. And the pillows were so thick and hard that I felt like I was sleeping with my pillow doubled-over all night. The check-in desk employee was amazingly welcoming, personable, and friendly, but the joy stopped there. The casino was very smoky. The restaurant in the main area was at minimal menu before 11:00 - odd for a casino. And the salad I got from the grab-and-go fridge in the restaurant had vegetables so rotten that they melted under my touch. Really nice staff but terrible stay. Oh, and I thought I could smell coffee brewing in the morning but it was just the marijuana from another room.

We chose this hotel for an event close by and the ratings, the room was clean and they gave you ample linens for the bathroom. We liked that we were able to park by our room. The bed was hard but we only stayed a night and no bed is as good as your own. We had to go on a journey to find a working ice machine that was inconvenient. check in was easy but the staff member who assisted us was not very welcoming and seemed annoyed with helping us. It was vey quiet at night which was nice.
