“The only ice maker was on the 3rd floor; the 1st floor one was broken. I put my money in the soda machine, and it didn't work. When we went to the desk, the clerk gave me a bottle of water, which I wanted. We went down at 9:45 am to have the buffet, and it was all cleaned up. On the second day, we went down at 9:30 am, and there was no buffet or anybody around. Highly not recommend this hotel!”
