It was ok. You get what you pay for.

When we arrived to our room we pulled the cover down and the sheets were covered in black curly hairs. Proceeded to go to front desk (10pm) and was told the maid went home so the best they could do was give me clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Did not offer to come and change and there was two people at the desk. Horrible customer service. Will not ever return.

The rooms were very clean and updated. There could have been more options for breakfast.

Would stay again at this location

Breakfast was a joke. Syrup was running everywhere. The waffle maker was covered in batter. The tables were not wiped off. There was no juice one banana and no other fruit. I could go on, but you get the point. Our room was disgusting. It made my anxiety go through the roof. We would’ve left, but it was late at night and there were no other rooms in the hotel. There was dog hair packed in the corners of the bathroom, especially and the room smelled like a dog grooming parlor. That was hair in the bathtub and the chrome fixtures were coming off the side of the shower. The ceiling was peeling off in many spots. There was mold in the bathtub/shower. There were no tissues in the toilet paper holder and roll were underneath the counter in the bathroom. There was also piles of dog hair and popcorn in the corners of the bedroom. I have pictures of all of this. It looked like the room was never cleaned. All night it sounded like the people above us were moving furniture. To top it off the fire alarm went off as a false alarm in the middle of the night.
