Ponente Riviera Residences

Clean and spacious.

I was pleased overall with my stay at the Pierre. This resort facility is located in short walking distance to the Mediterranean Sea and the Carnoles train station. My room/apartment was spacious and clean. Full kitchen facilities were available in the apartment, which was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and it had appliances such as a standard sized refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Flat screen HD televisions were in the living room...

The owners were absolutely wonderful people! The property was gorgeous. The rooms were ideal. The beds were comfortable. We were there because of the proximity to the hospital for my husband. The morning breakfast was beyond belief.! the best cream filled croissants I have ever had and the cappuccino was the best I’ve ever had as well. I definitely would recommend this charming place again and don’t forget to take your swimming suits because they have a wonderful swimming pool as well!!! Not...

This apartment was beautiful! I want to go back for good! It was spacious and in a wonderful location. We were steps away from the beach, a lovely grocery store, and delicious restaurants. Everything felt like home, where you can sit and have coffee on your private balcony overlooking the main street. The WiFi worked wonderfully, the entire place was very clean and comfortable, and the AC was perfect throughout the apartment. The host was very kind, hospitable, and gave us great...

Great place and great facilities. Super nice, big, clean pool. Only thing was the main bed was kind of uncomfortable but the Murphy bed was great.

Friendly staff. The room was spacious for family of four.

We only stayed one night unfortunately, wish we could have stayed longer. Very close to grocery store and many restaurants. Great apartment. Great view of the ocean.

very nice great staff. great stay

We've been travel for 3 weeks in south France this time, this hotel is the best we had experienced. Not only its rooms facilities but also its friendly staff. Room is very cozy and perfect suitable for family of 3. Enough space for luggage, nice furniture with chic color amenities. The bathtub is very comfort for relax after long day walk. toilet is separated. Location is very convenient to any sight spot places in Nice. Lots of good restaurants are nearby, reception are very kind to...

Very pleasant apartment-hotel with amenities that matched photos, in an easy part of town with a large department store grocery across the street, a local green grocer on the next corner, and a fantastic boulangerie just behind the convenient tram stop (Acropolis) on the way home from town. We found the experience better than renting from VRBO as the apartment-hotel is stacked with amenities (exercise room, sauna, reception area to meet friends, staff 24 hours a day who gladly speak in English...

The reviewers who don't like this place are generally those who don't understand what a Pierre et Vacance style of residence is all about. Once you understand what to expect, you'll see that this place is great, especially for the price. Read all the information -- it states clearly when the front desk is open and when you can check in. Time your arrival accordingly. Also know that there is not daily housekeeping. You are basically renting a little apartment -- so cleaning it is up to you....

Safety !!! Quiet great stuff everything was just perfect
