“We had the family two rooms. The rooms were clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very professional and helpful. We stayed 2 nights with breakfast, which was a good quality and plenty of choice. The hotel was very niecely decorated for xmas. We asked for an extra item and it was delivered by the housekeeping team, who also cleaned the room mid stay plus changed couple of towels. They did not have to do that. “La recepcionista a la llegada no fue muy simpática, no nos ha explicado casi nada del hotel etc. El recepcionista de la mañana ha sido simpático! El desayuno es muy básico! En la suite hay algunas desperfectos que se tendrían que arreglar! Los pasillo del hotel no tienen calefacción y hace frio. La maqueta no esta muy limpio. Faltan bolsas de Hygiene en el baño.”
