“Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us……

“Die Umgebung zu bewerten ist schwierig - das Hotel liegt halt in einem Flughafen. So habe ich auch hier 5 Sterne gegeben. Das Hotel ist sauber und ruhig innen. Was uns besonders gefiel war der Lobby/Bar/Restaurant-Bereich. Er ist ganz auf Ruhe in Bezug auf Farben, Ordnung und Lärm eingerichtet, er wirkt nach einem anstrengenden Flug sehr beruhigend. Auch das Zimmer ist in der Einrichtung vollendet, sogar die Oberkante der Steckdosen passt zu den Holzapplikationen. Auch das wirkt beruhigend. An……

“新酒店，很喜欢酒店的装修风格。被子不是很舒服，档次差了些。离机场有一段距离，从机场到酒店需要打电话叫车，不过很快就能来接。客人需要在terminal 2的星巴克和sixt中间的meeting point 等一会儿。 酒店的早餐不是自助的，可以无限量的加，但感觉还是没有自助的方便。早餐厅有个中国服务员，态度很好。 ”

“This place worked great for our stay. Although it’s outside the city center, the 10-minute walk to the metro made getting around very easy. There’s a grocery store, pastry shop, Greek restaurant, and beauty supply store just around the corner, which was very convenient. We usually eat breakfast and dinner in, so a slightly better stocked kitchen would have been helpful — a toaster and a sharp knife would make a big difference. The staff was kind and helpful, and we appreciated having laundry on……
