“Front desk double charged me for a night even though I paid in full on Expedia. I spoke to 2 individuals at the front desk and both said they didn’t know how to reverse the charges. To make things worse, the person who I checked out with the following morning and to who I explained I needed to get the charge reversed, never officially checked me out because she was texting someone for help. I was then charged for the following night…even though I had checked out at 8am the following day.……
