We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Italy checked us in, and was extremely pleasant. Italy recommended a restaurant to us, that was amazing. I don’t have enough time to go into detail about what a wonderful employee Italy is, and how kind and helpful she was for us. Will definitely stay here in the future, it’s the perfect location to LSU. My kids loved the pool, and enjoyed it.

This is one of the hotels I’ve stayed at recently. The room was spotless. The property was secure and had controlled access. Check-in staff was courteous and efficient. Overall a great stay at a very reasonable price.
One thing threw me off though after exiting the interstate….I was looking for the traditional red roof on the hotel as an identifying feature. Nope….this Red Roof Inn has a blue roof.

Cheap, and for the most part clean. We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. It is just an older hotel, but could use a little more "steam" cleaning. "You get what you pay for", comes to mind here. For what we needed it for, it was fine. Just needed a shower and a place to sleep for the night. The pool looked amazing!! Wish we would have had more time to spend to swim.
