"Everything about the hotel was excellent, except for the pool and jacuzzi area, which we had been particularly looking forward to. Several children were running around, shouting, and repeatedly jumping into both the pool and jacuzzi, while their parents made no effort to manage their behavior, even when present. We ended up leaving after just a brief dip. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience left us feeling even more stressed. We were also concerned about the water hygiene under these circumstances."
