“The staff was incomparable! So incredibly helpful and accommodating! Anne was very thoughtful, friendly and, above all, helpful!! “This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again. ”

The transportation details provided by the hotel is so clear that I was able to arrive the hotel easily by public transportation without any issue. In addition, the hotel staff are very supportive and willing to assist, which make my stay relaxed and comfortable. ”
