The door has zero insulation. Heard every car pass on the freeway that’s located 500 feet away from the door. Kinda bad. Heater didn’t work. Super cold at night

Pros: Rooms are basic but fine. Slightly musty/old person smell, but bedding is cleaner than any of the other motels I've visited in Tigard/Tualatin/Wilsonville. Room has fridge and microwave, A/C heater worked well when needed. Convenient location by freeway and some food options. Staff called the room at 10:30 to see if I wanted to extend another night or would still be checking out at 11:00. No drama, safety concerns, or pets like most of the other motels nearby Cons: Stale/musty smell in room. Really just needs to be aired out. Not a big deal. Only thing I didn't like is they charged me a higher price booking direct in office versus on a booking platform :(

It was a clean, basic and affordable place to stay. Because it's very close to I-5, there was some highway noise, but it was significantly quieter later at night.

Very basic rental, no frills- not important to me. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Staff was excellent and accommodating! Plenty of shops, restaurants, and fast food nearby. My only complaint is the sink in room #42 did not drain correctly.

Clean room (well maybe not the carpeting, but that's usually the case). A bit older but everything (except 1 bulb) worked. This was my second stay here and this room also had a lightbulb out. A/C worked well. Missing sheer curtains (so you have blackout drapes or NO privacy during the day). Mattress worn down on side near nightstand from people sitting in bed. (must be cheap mattresses) This bathroom was more updated but otherwise my 2 experiences were the same. Nice staff. No shady characters hanging around.

Room was clean (not the carpeting, but this is true in most hotels). Other than 1 burnt out light bulb everything worked. A little older but in ok condition. Bed itself was a bit disappointing-pretty worn down from people sitting on the side near the nightstand. Noticeable when lying down. (Guessing they bought cheap mattresses.) Air conditioning worked well. No shady characters hanging around. When checking in (alone) staff was careful to not expose my personal information or room number to the other people in the office.
