Newly refurbished 2nd floor apartment, hosted by Home from Home Portsmouth. With sea glimpses from the roof terrace it is set in a convenient location a few minutes walk from the beach, offering private off road parking
This apartment has been designed for larger families with a maximum of 5 adults (or 4 single adults), offering a main and 2nd bedroom that can either be a twin or super king and a 3rd bedroom with bunks.

This lovely apartment has open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, leading out on to a roof terrace with glass railings, seating and planting. The hall has plenty of room for coats and shoes, and a washing machine in enclosed cupboard. There are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath.

The apartment has one private off road space. It will fit a standard car. If you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles, we can organise parking passes for the road Parking for one car is included additional cars are charged

It has a private glass enclosed roof terrace that can be used at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times

We are trying to do our bit for the environment
Wherever possible we are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible/time permitting)
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don't throw them away!) They are British-made and Cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging.
We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Quiet Hours from 11PM to 8AM

Please leave the property clean and tidy as you found it.
No smoking inside, No house parties, hen or stag groups without prior agreement. Only booked guests are allowed in the property unless otherwise agreed.

Immediate vacation for breaking rules, disconnecting the internet or removal of ring doorbell.

We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.

The following charges may be applied
Lost keys and lock outs are charged at £30
Up to 2 dogs are allowed on request, a fee of £25 is payable
Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.

Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.
