“This hotel is not your typical all inclusive resort. The buffet option was not available every day. They have a menu that you can order from but it gets boring after a couple of days. The food quality is below average. Room service is for a fee. Too many restrictions for all inclusive hotel.
The pool water was always cloudy morning and evening. Only beach chairs are provided by the hotel upon request. No umbrella.

“The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.”

“This property is stunning and built into a hillside with sweeping views of the ocean. When you arrive, you check in on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. They were not fully booked, but we were given a 2nd floor room. I will say it was way quieter down there, but it felt like going down into a dungeon to get to our room and no other guests were on our floor. Just ask for a 4th floor room if you don’t want to do a Stairmaster with all your luggage. No fans in the room, A/C wasn’t adequate, and……
