“The resort is beautiful, especially on the ocean side of the street. The pool at the other side is large with a swim-up bar and very pleasant. Front desk and site personnel were great. Concierge not so much. I could tell they just book with the companies they have an agreement with, without any concern for what we are looking for- they were on autopilot and just pointed to whatever was shown on their iPad. I wouldn't recommend doing the ATV forest tour through them. It was mostly farmland……

“I had an amazing time at this Hotel. I was nervous because I was on a solo trip, but i felt completely at ease and safe. The views are magnificent and everyone was friendly. The free shuttle service to downtown Tamarindo is great and I enjoyed the beach club that we have access too. The food at the Hotel is excellent as well. I really loved my experience.”

“Ok, so after spending 8 days here we can give a very thorough review and comparison to the W that we also stayed at nearby for 3 nights. The staff was amazing!!! Beware!!! The road is ridiculous into the property!! It is a dirt road that has random animals, atv’ers, parked card and other fun surprises. Apparently they are working on a permanent paved road but this one is definitely a problem. It almost made you not want to leave the property. It was exactly 42 min each way to Tamarindo. The……

“I stayed at the hotel from July 7th to July Here is my feedback. The entire staff from the front desk, to those who kept the surroundings clean and those who work in the restaurant are simply wonderful. Polite, respectful, helpful. I love the open concept of this hotel and the lovely and constant breeze made being outside very comfortable in spite of temperatures that soared to the low 90s. Great pool. Love the fountain. The walls of the pool need a good scrubbing as some parts feel slimy:……
