Lovely clean room with refrig and microwave and upgraded lighting with plenty of plugs for electronics. Comfortable bed. Great reception staff willing to meet any need. You will enjoy staying here.

Outdated. Smelly. Last resource hotel

Pros: The breakfast
Cons: It really needs a makeover. If you need to prioritize, please, REMOVE ALL CARPETS IN THE ROOMS; THEY STINK! Next, change the mattresses. (pillows OK)
Location: Not in the best area. There is a Pizza UNO right across the street and a local diner. Good enough for me.
Check-in was slower than I expected. No lines; only me doing the check in. The guy was quick but it seems the reservation system wasn't. He kept typing in the computer long time until he finally handed over the door keys. My first impression when entering the room was the horrible stinky smell, like a very cheap past-due cologne. It took me a while to adjust and I was simply too tired to complain about it. AC is very noisy, TV channels with a lot of ghost (definitely , a bad cable connection) The only reason I booked this hotel is because is the only one pet-friendly in a large area. (We had to go to Copake and this one was the only hotel... 50 miles away) Breakfast was very decent. Good coffee and others.

Hallway smelled strongly of bug pesticide. Wifi did not work well.

One night stay

Yvonne at desk was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in main building. Our room was extremely clean, slightly worn in small spots but the cleanliness and overall atmosphere was great. Cozy clean beds, quiet outside, great parking and location. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted, clean eating area. Good coffee and waffles! Wish we had time to use pool, it looked refreshing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great staff!

I loved everything about the hotel. The reason I didn't give a full 5 out of 5 is due to the internet service. It totally stinks. It drops you and doesn't even let you sign on. The staff reset the modems many times and called the provider who did the same and never did it work.

Thin walls

I was able to hear everything that was happening outside and next door. I couldn't sleep although I was very tired. The sound of water dripping, the other room's bathroom, everything. The walls are too thin.
