The staff was real nice. The room was dirty and in poor condition. It really needed a renovation. There was a lot of security around which was nice. Housekeeping was by request and a guess as to what type of towels you would receive. Overall a disappointing room.

Hard to sleep.

It was easy to check in. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was not good. The mattress was old and felt like we were sinking in the middle. We could hear guests in the other room taking a shower, the vent in the bathroom was really loud.

One night

I needed a place to get some much needed rest and a hot shower. I was thankful that they allowed me to bring my dog in this emergency situation. I was without air electricity in my new apartment and it wouldn't be turned on 'till the following day. However, I was a little uncomfortable with the young people loidering in the parking lot smoking something. Also there was trash bins overflowing on the side of the building and trash thrown all over the parking area.

Terrible experience. The whole place reeked of weed. Room was filthy, dirty sheets, pubic hair and toe nails in the bathroom. Staff was advised and changed our room. Towels were ancient and threadbare and the drapes were moth ridden. Awful!!!!

Had to leave and find another hotel. Very unclean. Burn holes and dirtyness on the sheets. Mold on the lamps. Mad smell. Smoking in the rooms. Save your money.

We had to buy our own soap because it wasn’t refilled. Our room had stains on the ceiling, bed spread, hair dryer was broken, bathroom door didn’t close. There was no one at the front desk. There was no security. Our hotel room door was cracked. I don’t know what the Plus in Red Roof Plus stands for. One ply toilet paper At least my dog stayed for free. Advertised about a gym but there was none.

The room smelled good. But lights didn’t work, the shower curtain didn’t close fully, I had one set of towels, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, it was tough to relax due to all the noise upstairs and in the hall. It was not worth the $200 at all.
