"This was a very nice property. Great location in the heart of Old San Juan. Check in was easy. Since we arrived early, we checked our bags with the front desk and explored Old San Juan. Our room was clean and comfortable. A nespresso coffee machine was available for in-room coffee at no charge. Everything else came with a charge. My only complaint about the room was the lack of decent window lighting. There were two or three "portal" sized windows up along the ceiling. They were up so high that we couldn't see out them and provided little to no outside light. We checked out the rooftop bar area, and it was fantastic. The city views were amazing. Service at tha Alma was good and very friendly. We would stay there again and would recommend it. Just be aware of the "window situation" that I described above when you make your reservation."

"My stay at La Calma Poshtel was very good. The place was extremely clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The service was excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. The only issue I experienced was the noise in the morning. If you stay in the rooms near the service closet, the staff starts cleaning early, and the hallway has a lot of echo, so the noise carries. Other than that, everything was great, very clean, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay again."
